My favorite program to work with sizing my photos and shaped journaling and lettering and any kind of printing is The Print Shop https://www.broderbund.com/the-print-shop Its for Mac but a great one for PC is Print Master http://www.printmaster.com/ Neither are free though. If you are looking for free I would recommend either Word or even the Silhouette free software. Even if you do not have the machine its a great editor and designer and its free.
